HTF Series Filter Cartridge

HTF Series Filter Cartridges are specially developed for the TRP and fine filtration of beer. The filtration media is imported high quality polypropylene (PP) with a gradient pore structure and meets the strict requirements set by the FDA for the use in food applications. The cartridge has an integral configuration giving the outer part of the cartridge coarse media with pre-filtration performance and the inner part a fine filtration media acting as the final step in the filtration process. This cartridge can also be installed into most existing housings with the diameter available in sizes up to 270mm and the length 40”(1016mm). This filter has a pleated structural design, along with powerful pressure resistant supports, that help increase the surface area, flow rate, and service life.The inside and outside of the cartridge has powerful supports with high pressure resistance, the performance can be recovered by back flushing and back washing, the operation cost is significantly reduced. The cartridge can be installed in the existed housing, no need for hardware change.
